Sessions with elite American and European Clinicians and Judges.
EDUCATION IS FOR ALL LEVELS FROM JUST STARTING TO WORLD CHAMPIONS.
Clinicians will cover many important aspects of vaulting training.
These include judging criteria, basic must-have drills, dance and movement, fitness,
flexibility, strength, mental training, riding, horse training and lungeing.

Wednesday January 22nd - Thursday January 23rd International and National Judge and Trainers Seminar - by Rob de Bruin, Stefan Csandl, and Jacques Ferrari, Coaches Training sessions, and horse Training/Lungeing sessions both days.

Wednesday January 22nd - Thursday January 23rd Private Lesson Days - $ 105.00 Clinicians will be available for private barrel lessons (50 mins).

Friday January 24th - Sunday January 26, 2025. Three Day Pass to the Symposium. This Includes a bonanza of education covering many topics. Available for all coaches, lungers, riders, parents, fans, club managers as well as vaulting tracks.
- Saturday January 25 - Sunday January 26, 2025 - Two Day pass for a Weekend Warrior Pass. This track is designed for vaulters of all ages and levels. This track will be approximately 6 hours per day.

Vaulting Pass will include 18 hours of vaulting training including must have basis drills, fitness, dance, choreography and mental training. Vaulters will rotate through clinicians in groups for 3 days! Vaulting Schedule going soon.
Coaches/Lungeing 3-day Pass - $450.00

Lungeing and Horse Training Seminar Passes - $450.00

2-Day Weekend Warrior Pass - $350.00

Vaulting track 4 - 6 hours per day rotating groups through other Clinicians. This pass is LIMITED to the number of vaulters.

Coaches Weekend Warrior pass can attend all open sessions.

REFUND POLICY.

REFUNDS: After December 1, 2024 prepaid registration fees for the 2025 EVUSA Education Symposium are non-refundable.

In case of injury to a participant prior to the start of the Symposium, refunds will be provided less the applicable $35 Office Fee and any processing fees incurred by EVUSA to receive fees paid (ie Paypal/Credit card fees).

Refund of fees will be considered only if Symposium management is notified in writing before the first day of the Symposium starts and the appropriate medical documentation is provided. Symposium management reserves the right to decide all issues related to potential refunds whether due to documented changes in registration or incorrect assessment of fees. All refunds will be processed after the close of the Symposium and provided to the payee named on the original payment.

vaultingsymposium@gmail.com - Claims made via PayPal or other means, will render the claim disputed. However no refund will be issued until the disputed claim is resolved.

Any refused payment of payor/participant checks or credit card invoices submitted to EVUSA in payment of Education Symposium fees may render the payor/participant “not in good standing” as provided in the Standing Rules, Section I – Membership, Paragraph A(6-8) within the EVUSA Constitution and Bylaws.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM HAS TO BE FILLED OUT PER PARTICIPANT.
If you have more than one participant that you will be registering, please complete a registration for each: Coach, Lunger, Vaulter, Fan, Rider, or Auditor.
